Ok so I have started a couple books and one is heaven is for real and I have found myself laughing and crying through this book. So far it's a great read.

being a dad
I never thought that I would love being a dad until that day my daughter was born and I held her in my arms. Wow istant joy and love. I now have had several years beig a dad and wouldn't ever want to not have kids.
They give such love that only a parent can feel and give back.

wellness is awesome
It's so important to take care of yourself and keep going to your doctor for regular checkups.
Another is eating healthy and diet and excersize. Nobody like to work out but 30 minutes a day even split up into a few minutes here and there and just walking can do so good for your body and mind.

helping others
helping others will not only help them but help you as well, The feeling inside when you help someone in need will make your heart feel so much love. It's great to help others as one day you might come to need help for yourself. Their is always someone less fortunate than you
our cats
We have two cats, one is garfield he is a orange short hair tabby and then we have a long haired grey female named pookie. They are very loveable and yet let us know who is in charge which is never us. They do have us trained to make sure they have food and water and clean litter box at all times. They are fun to watch ad love to play.
our dogs
We have three wonderful dogs ranging i sizes from medium to small. Scrappy is our medium mixed breed that we saved from the pound and then we have two small dogs under 5 pounds named mookie and spot.
Dogs are so very loving and loyal and do everything they can to please you. I wouldn't ever live life without the companionship of our dogs. They make life wonderful

the wedding
My daughter is getting married soon and I wanna tell you that it isn't how it was when I got married.
So many things to get done and the planning is just as hard with colors,flowers,cake ,food and of course the dresses. So many stresses to deal with that even though it's stressful it is exciting at the same time.
It will all be worth it when I get to see my daughter walk down the isle and see her so happy.

motherhood
Once you become a mother everything changes including your heart. You start to become more like your own mother in ways you thought you never would. I know so many said growing up that when I have kids I will never do this like my mother did and then that one days comes along and you find yourself doing just as you said you wouldn't and that is when you realize your own mother wasn't as bad as you once thought.
You start to see her in a different light and even love her more for doing the things she did.
Raising kids is hard work and they do not come with manuals. It's a live and learn situation when raising children.
Do the best you can and remember you will have failures and wins but that is how we realize which was right and wrong. We learn from our mistakes and that's why we have them.

I used to get frustrated with video games until I became an addict myself. First is how good it does for the brain because you have to use different parts all at once. Another it keeps that memory sharp as a tack.
If you play the wii then you are getting physical activity and getting that body up and moving which many places now use the wii for physical therapy.
The xbox 360 also gets you up and moving as well with dancing and other games. The video games have systems have come along way since the original atari that I grew up on and I still like to play every so often.

high spirits
As a bartender for many years I have become very knowledgeable of many different drinks,spirits and wines. I have become very much a red wine person over the last few years so much that it is all I drink, not to say I won't drink anything else because I love mixed drinks and the occasional beer.
I have found that as a rule the higher the price the better it is except on a few I did find the cheaper priced to be much more tasty. Just remember to enjoy yourself but never drink and drive.

Nature
Nature is all around us and nothing to me is more beautiful than nature itself. I would rather spend my time outside taking in the beauty of all the world around us than in a mall . I was raised going camping ,fishing,hiking and being a tomboy. I couldn't imagine doing it any other way.
I have been to see so many of the worlds natural parks and caves that I could do it all over again and again.
Nature is where you will find true peace and happiness and become one with yourself and the world around you.

eco friendly
I have become over the years become more eco friendly ad am feeling really good about myself for doing so.
I do believe in global warming due to our reckless waste and damaging the earth with so much pollutant.
Our landfills are over flowing with plastics and metals that if you just take a little extra time we can change that by recycling.
I am so happy to have eco friendly products that are all natural and pesticide free as years ago we didn't and had no choice but to put those toxins from those products in our body. Most might not cause any health problems for years but as the toxins build up in our bodies then the health problems start to show.

One example is the bell bottoms as years ago it was the in thing and 20 years later it came back around just like eyeliner which years ago it was alot and the more the better and now it's seems to be heading back in that direction.
Hair fashions are just the same as what was popular 15 years ago is popular once again. I guess you can only do so much with hair and clothes.
Nails are another story as they become more and more exotic looking ad so much fun that you can do all these wonderful designs to them. The colors available for your nails is limitless so go out and find your own true fashion because sooner or later it will come back in fashion again.
